What equipment do you use?
I work with professional Canon gear, and I always have a backup camera with me.
How to book photography services?
After describing your request via email and discussing all the details in a personal meeting or online call, I will send you a personalized contract and an invoice for payment. To reserve the date, a deposit of 500€ is required.
How long do we have to wait for our finished photos?
This greatly depends on the type of shoot and the time of the year. However, I always strive to deliver finished photos as quickly as possible. The maximum processing time for wedding photos is 2 months, and for pre-wedding shoots, it's 3 weeks.
Can you be booked for international weddings?
Absolutely! I love to travel and explore new countries and cities. Tell me about your plans, and I will create a personalized proposal for you.
How will we receive our photos?
The finished photos will be available to you in a private online gallery with a download link for one year. You can share this gallery with your friends and family.
How will our photos be processed?
What do we mean by "author's retouching"? I always strive to select the most interesting and important shots from the entire series and process them in my unique style. This involves preserving natural colors and highlighting all the strengths. I highly respect the individuality of each person and aim to create the best portrait. Therefore, I avoid excessive retouching, except for major portraits.
Can we also get the unprocessed RAW files?
Unfortunately, no. Unprocessed or unedited images do not fully represent the photographer's work. I provide only processed photos in JPEG format in my unique color style. I always aim to select the best and most successful photos for your memories.
Do you provide engagement photo shoots?
Of course! Moreover, such a shoot is an excellent way to get to know each other and get used to me and the camera. If you wish, I can include a pre-wedding shoot in your wedding package. Just tell me your preferences, and I'll be happy to make you a personalized offer.
In which languages do you communicate?
English, Spanish, Russian.
Will my photos appear on your social media or website?
Potentially yes. I don't publish all clients. Since photography is a visual product, people can get an idea of what I offer only if I share my work on the web. If you need exclusive rights to the images or prefer them not to be published on my website or social media, we can discuss this in person.
Does that mean I own the copyright to the photos as soon as you deliver them to us?
No, according to copyright law, all images remain the property of Valiulova Asia Photography. As a client, you receive the right to use and can freely use the images for your own social media channels, websites, and printed materials, such as photo albums, photo books, for personal use. However, these images cannot be used for commercial purposes without the written permission of the photographer.
Do you also do video?
Unfortunately, no. But I can recommend videographers with whom I enjoy working.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Yes, of course. Moreover, I highly recommend using the services of a second photographer, especially if there will be more than 70 guests at your event.
I am nervous in front of the camera. What should I do in this case?
Don't worry, as I completely understand that it can be uncomfortable in front of the camera, especially if you're not familiar with the photographer. It's important for me to create a comfortable and safe environment, an easygoing space where we can create beauty together. I will help you with posing and make the process light and fun.
