What languages do you speak? 

I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian. This allows me to communicate effortlessly with you, your guests, and all local vendors in Spain, ensuring smooth and stress-free coordination throughout the day.

How do we secure our wedding date? 

To officially book your date, I require a signed contract and a retainer fee 30%

One week before: Payment of the remaining 40%

Final Delivery: Final 30% payment

Do you offer a pre-wedding consultation? 

Absolutely. We can meet in person in Barcelona or have a video call to discuss your timeline, locations, and every small detail to ensure everything runs perfectly.

Can we change the number of hours in our package later? 

Yes, you can upgrade your package or add extra hours even a month before the wedding as your timeline becomes clearer.

Will our photos be shared on social media or your website? 

Sharing my work is how new couples find me. However, I deeply respect your privacy. I usually share a curated selection of highlights. If you prefer to keep your celebration private or wish to review the images before they are posted, please let me know in advance, and we can discuss a privacy agreement.

Do you offer video services? 

Yes, I provide professional video coverage, including cinematic highlights and wedding films. Having a unified photo and video team ensures a consistent aesthetic style and seamless coordination on the wedding day.

Do we need a second photographer? 

A second photographer is recommended for weddings with more than 80–100 guests. It allows for more candid moments, multiple angles during the ceremony, and simultaneous coverage of both partners' preparations.

What equipment do you use, and do you have a backup?

 I shoot with professional-grade full-frame cameras and high-end lenses. I always carry backup bodies, lenses, and plenty of memory cards to ensure no moment is lost due to technical failure.

Are you insured? 

Yes, I carry professional liability insurance, which is often a requirement for luxury venues and historic castles in Spain.

What happens if you are unable to attend due to an emergency? 

While this has never happened, I am part of a professional network of high-end photographers in Catalonia. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I will ensure a photographer of equal skill covers your day, while I still handle all the post-production.

Why should we consider a Pre-Wedding (Engagement) session?

 It’s the perfect "rehearsal." It helps you get comfortable in front of the camera, understand my shooting style, and results in beautiful, relaxed images for your "Save the Date" cards or wedding website.

What is a "Post-Wedding" session and can we travel for it? 

This is a session held after the wedding to visit far-off or iconic locations (like remote cliffs or hidden parks) without the time pressure of the wedding day. We can travel anywhere in Spain or Europe for this creative session.

What is your plan for rainy weather? 

I always scout the venue for "Plan B" indoor locations. Rain often creates a poetic, cinematic quality, and I am fully equipped to shoot in soft weather to make your photos look truly magical.

Do we need to provide a meal for the team? 

For coverage exceeding 5 hours, a hot meal is greatly appreciated for the photographer (and videographer/second photographer). This is usually served at the same time as your guests' dinner so we don't miss any key moments.

What are your travel fees for weddings outside of Barcelona? 

Travel within a 100km radius of Barcelona is included. For weddings in Costa Brava or other regions of Spain and Europe, travel and accommodation fees are calculated based on the distance and logistics.

When will we receive our wedding gallery?

 I provide a "sneak peek" (a selection of highlights) within 1-3 days. The full, carefully edited gallery is typically delivered via a private online link within 8-10 weeks, depending on the season.

How many photos will we receive and in what format?

 On average, you can expect between 500 and 800 fully edited, high-resolution images (for a full day), delivered via a private gallery where you can download and share them with ease.

How do you handle low-light or dark venues? 

I am experienced in all lighting conditions. Whether it's a candlelit dinner in a historic Masia or a dark castle hall, I use professional lighting and fast lenses to maintain the atmosphere while ensuring high-quality images.

Do you provide RAW (unedited) files? 

No. The editing process is a vital part of my artistic signature. I deliver only the finished, high-quality product that reflects the style you see in my portfolio.

Do you retouch the images? 

Every photo is color-corrected. For close-up portraits, I perform subtle, natural retouching to ensure you look your best while remaining authentic and true to yourself.

Do you deliver black and white photos?

Usually, around 80% of the images are delivered in color, with some photos in black and white if I

feel they better convey the atmosphere and emotion of the moment.

If you would like more black and white images, it’s important to let me know before the wedding.

Once the photos are edited, they cannot be modified again.
